Tze ye low is a good kaki to meet for drinks or dinner after my sunday work. We went to clarke quay to chill!

Being naive and innocent(=P) we walked aimlessly from central mall to tcc until we saw a familar m logo across the river.

No idea of where to eat our dinner nor pubs to slip some alcohol. So how? just follow that m tts it! LOL!

But somehow we landed in a japanese restaurant instead of mcdonald cuz it is too far away.

The name of this restaurant is Tomo. short term of tomodachi.

and yes we chose the low sitting table of course! wanna get a feel of authentic jap dining... tho nt really authentic la cuz there are space at the table bottom to put ur legs instead of squating. *i can't imagine squating for the whole dinner!

tempura prawn tt comes w the noodles. mine is with tempura flourer. some crispy bread crumbs.. haha dun try tt cuz its really cheapo po... i didnt knw tt tempura flourer is just fried flour.

the sad thing is that the ika is not brown in colour! i tot cuttlefish shd be brown! i forgot to take e photo of the ika and only realised it when we almost finish it...

anyways, it is purple in colour.

Although the food that we ordered is not tt nice but we really like the atmosphere in the restaurant! and we saw a really cute japanese manager who served us! tt alone covered any of our dissatisfactions in e restaurant! (we waited 20mins for e noodle to come, 25mins for the ika to be served. plus the bread crumbs really cheat my feelings...) It's really a good place for friends to gather, and you will be reminded of those in japanese dramas, friends gather in a restaurant to have some sake!

I shall bring all my tomodachi-s to this jap restaurant!
