I FELL!!!

juz 2 days ago. MAN! how cld i fall? i haven fall for so long alrdy. DAMN SO PAISEH LA. That day after wrk me n ty were so angry abt the bloody hotel tt cheated our money. BLOODY FKCUNIG HOTEL tt caused my fall.

Cashier: here's your pay
Me: how come only $26? short of $10 la
Cashier: no it is correct. deduct $10 ma
Me: huh??? for what?
Cashier: chalet
Me: WHAT??!!

WTH MAN! Deduct our pay go chalet? I juz came back for work in tis fkcunig hotel after some 3 months later and u want me to go chalet wif those CNHIA* ppl who i dun noe at all? No one tell us at all abt this chalet thing n we were totally unaware of tt la.

$10 oso money u noe. We wrk so hard n earn so little still wan deduct. We r nt the one who r organising the chalet n i really can't see the point of y we haf to fork out the money. I can't even go on tt day!

The management sux la. i really dun get it man. y they still deduct the money fr those who really really cant go at all??

If i can't claim back the money, i m gg to complain. Be it HR or MOM or watsoever. Not tt we r niao or wat la, but it is the principle! We can't possibly let them anyhow deduct our money, who knws next time dey might juz do it again?

Employers must develop trust between them n their staff. Do they know tt internal marketing is very important in the hospitality industry? There is a direct relation between employees satisfaction and customers satisfaction. If employees happy, customers will be happy and everybody will be happy. yea now i am using all my marketing knowledge to fight for our rights.

O ya i haven say the main subject which i m gg to say. the reason of y i fell. Me n ty got so angry tt we left the hotel in a damn buay song mood. haa.. i think ty only la. I was like quite calm tt day but nw i m angry as i type. lol. me slow reaction, now den get angry.

As ty was walking very fast cuz she was v angry at tt time, i tried to catch up wif her by running abit. But den I slipped on the wet pavement n fell wif my butt landed on the ground. The impact of the hit between my butt n the ground was sooo great tt i almost cry out. Totally cnnt stand(both literally n physically) at all n my spine is hurting like hell.

Den got this grp of middle age man were lookin at me...watching how embarrassed i am.

Luckily there were some helpful aunties behind me at tt time n dey helped me up. Really thx them, if nt i m gg to sit on the ground groaning for pain n crying alone.

Ty tis is not ur fault if u r reading this. i didnt tel u tt i m actually tryin to catch up wif u cuz i noe u will feel bad. But since u dun blog so often, i guess u will nt read this entry so i juz write lo. haha.

But partly is becuz of the fault of my shoes la. tt stupid sole. But STILL, the main reason of y i fall is becuz of tt FKUCING HOTEL! If they nv deduct money, ty will nt be angry n walk so fast n i will nt be chasing after her n nv see the puddle of water n i wouldnt haf fall. MA DE...

I m gg to keep the hotel name anonymous. It is juz the younger brother of L hotel and the elder brother of N hotel.

My butt gg to hurt for days now...sob... ...
